Anyone can follow in the footsteps of Charles IV
From the bank of the Vltava you step through a gate into medieval Prague. The illuminated story of Charles IV leads from the glowing Charles Bridge past the royal crown to the golden spires of the Gothic city — every stop a chapter of its own: king, builder, emperor. Thousands of LED lights and welded sculptures trace the coronation jewels, cathedral arches and legends of the imperial court.

Standard admission applies from 15 to 64 years. Reduced admission: children 3–14, students, seniors 65+ and disability card holders (companion free). Family ticket 2+2: 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children. Family ticket 2+3: 2 adults + 3 children. A child means a visitor aged 3–14. Children aged 2 and under and prams enter free; dogs according to the venue rules.

A season pass = entry all season, once a day at most (weekdays and weekends).
It is sold online only and is issued in the holder's first name and surname, which we check at the entrance — so it cannot be passed on to anyone else. The 1+1 pass is issued in the adult holder's name and, on each visit, admits the holder and one child aged 3–14 — it does not have to be the same child every time. It is valid for this park only.
Prices are final and include all fees.
Adults and children alike can follow in the footsteps of Charles IV — the route is interactive, bringing the Middle Ages to life through a story in light that entertains and teaches a little along the way.

Information for visitors
visitor rules, admission, opening hours
Cruise
Cruises run from 6 November 2026, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as well as on public holidays. Departures at 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00, with room for 110 people on each cruise. Beyond weekends the boat also sails on 16–17 November and 28–30 December 2026. Boarding is at the pier in the Žluté lázně grounds — there is only one pier, so you cannot miss it. Departure time is fixed — the boarding ticket is valid only for the date and time it was bought for; if you miss the departure, you can no longer board the boat and the ticket price will not be refunded. A season pass covers park admission, not the cruise. If the boat does not sail due to weather, water conditions or a technical fault, you will receive a voucher and can book the cruise in the system for a replacement date; if no cruise dates remain in the season, we will refund the cruise price.

Ticket rules
• Tickets are cheaper online than at the box office.
• Reduced tickets require photo ID confirming the discount (for disability, the disability card).
• Tickets can be bought online, or with cash or card at the box office.
• Employee benefit cards are not accepted.
• Each ticket is valid for a single entry; re-entry is not permitted.
• There is no time limit on your visit within opening hours.
Accessibility
The exhibition is step-free — accessible for visitors with disabilities, wheelchair users and prams.

Tram 2, 3, 17, 21 or 27 to the Dvorce stop; bus 118 or 134 to Dvorce.
Dogs
Yes — dogs are welcome: on a lead and muzzled, please bring waste bags. Guide and assistance dogs are always admitted free of charge and without a muzzle.
Food & facilities
Several refreshment points are available on site. They serve hot and cold drinks, mulled wine, trdelník and other sweet and savoury snacks. There is also the option to roast sausages and marshmallows.

Reserved spaces on Podolské nábřeží; car park by the Podolí swimming stadium; attended car park on Dvorecké náměstí (Podolská 759).
The car park inside the grounds is closed for the winter season.
